Jim Perry has worked in the retail industry for over 25 years, most of which have been focused in retail technology. He is currently the AVP of Data & Analytics at Safelite Group. He joined Safelite in March of 2019. Previously, he worked as a Director of Business Intelligence Systems at LBrands, where he worked for 18 years.

Jim holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Consumer Studies from Syracuse University. He has also earned a Master’s of Science degree in Technology Management from Steven’s Institute of Technology. Jim has served on the Board of Trustees at Marburn Academy since July of 2017. Previously, Jim volunteered as a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Ohio and as a board member and treasurer of the non-profit organization, Simply Friends Forever.

Jim and his wife Kristi live in New Albany, OH. They have been married for almost 25 years and have an 18-year-old daughter, Skyler, and a 16-year-old son, Cole. Cole attended Marburn Academy for five years, from fourth through eighth grade.

In his leisure time, Jim enjoys practicing and teaching martial arts. He has earned a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a first-degree black belt in Hap Ki Do. Some of his other interests include cars of all kinds, home improvement, and traveling with his family.
