Jessica Ditullio is currently an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Prior to joining Bank One Corporation (now J.P. Morgan) in 1990, she was an attorney for the State of Ohio in the Department of Administrative Services.

Jessica obtained her B.A. in biology and psychology in 1984 from Ohio Northern University. In 1987, she obtained her law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

Jessica is married to Mark Ditullio with whom she has two sons, Frank and Harry. Frank attended Marburn Academy from third grade through Junior High.

In addition to serving on the Marburn Academy Board of Trustees since 2018, Jessica volunteers at Columbus Legal Aid and is a member of Bexley Choral Society.
