Rachel Althof has over 20 years of experience in field of education. Currently, Rachel is the Program Chair for the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership program at Franklin University. She actively serves on the Faculty Senate Personnel Committee and as the Institutional Representative for the American Council on Education Women’s Network Ohio. Previously, Rachel served in numerous teaching and leadership positions at The Wellington School, including Division Head, and Teaching and Learning Dean. Past positions in higher education include adjunct faculty with Boston University and Program Coordinator for Columbia University.
Rachel earned her bachelor's and master's of art education degrees from The Ohio State University and a doctor of education from Columbia University.
Rachel lives in Dublin, Ohio with her husband, Chris, and two daughters, Meira and Lila. In her spare time, she finds great joy in chairing her neighborhood school’s PTO Alumni Scholarship Committee, in addition to coaching youth soccer and Girls on the Run teams.
