Nikki is an attorney and business consultant with over 15 years of experience in government, in-house, and private legal practice roles, advising on private wealth planning, business operations, tax and M&A.  Nikki often oversees business governance, compliance and tax efficiency for closely held companies and joint venture entities.

 Nikki maintains a small solo law practice and is the Chief Administrative Officer designate for the newly formed HGR Energy, a global renewable energy development firm.

 Nikki has a JD from Capital University Law School. Nikki’s son attends tutoring at Marburn Academy.
