Lara is a highly motivated professional with over 20 years of leadership experience. She is the founder and practitioner of Living Freedom by Lara Ray, where she partners with multimillion-dollar national corporations for executive coaching, group coaching seminars, and team building. 

She holds bachelors' in musical theatre major from The Ohio State University and the University of Akron. Lara is an organizer, coordinator, stage manager, and parent liaison for Marburn SHINE Gala.
